We include full care instructions on all our product labels. Many of our fabrics can be cold machine washed and air-dried in the shade. Please follow the care instructions on each item to keep your Relax Baby item in best condition. 

Yes, you can purchase Relax Baby e-gift card via our online shop. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase any item, including sale and full-priced.

If your Relax Baby item doesn’t fit, you can exchange for a different size provided tags are still attached and the product has not been worn. See our Shipping & Returns page for further information on shipping cost and lead times.

Once your order has shipped from the Relax Baby warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel. All shipments are tracked and we suggest you monitor your parcel until it arrives safely. You can track your order here.

 If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team ASAP. Once a parcel has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. However, if you are able to advise of the error before shipping, some carriers will allow redirection.
